Highlights of Meeting No- 02 and 03

Meeting No-02 (10/09/2015)

·   Sub committee formed for Transport

·   Ganesha Chaturthi request discussed and decided to obtain MPH booking format before approving the activity

·   MPH for Dance program, on 01/11/2015, by colony Kids approved

·   It is decided to obtain budget estimate proposal from respective conveners

·   It is cleared to make routine payments from association

·   It is decided to revive the library infrastructure

Urgent Meeting on 14/09/2015

·   An urgent meeting was convened on 14/09/2015 to discuss the MPH booking for Ganesha Chaturthi Festival.

·   The booking agreed subjected to obtain Undertaking from employee residents

Meeting No-03 (23/09/2015)

·   It is decided to conduct a meeting with security personnel

·   A sub committee for Security will be made. All the vehicles of the residents will be issued a new vehicle pass shortly

·   Budget Estimation, for the FY 2015-16, from conveners is in progress

·   The GBM will be conducted on 09/10/2015 (Friday) from 7 PM to 9 PM

Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration

The Ganesha Chaturthi festival has been celebrated at the colony from 17/09/2015 to 19/09/2015. 

Ganesha Chaturthi Celebrations

A team of residents has come with a proposal to celebrate Ganesha Chaturthi at the colony. It has been approved, to celebrate the festival at MPH.

However, the team shall abide to all the set of rules depicted in the bylaw (refer to Section VIII, JSERWA Bylaw) and arrange the celebrations accordingly. The statement of accounts shall be submitted within a stipulated time.

The MPH is booked from 16/09/2015; 1 pm to 19/09/2015: 6 pm. All the residents may note the same and co-operate.
