Highlights of Meeting No- 02 and 03

Meeting No-02 (10/09/2015)

·   Sub committee formed for Transport

·   Ganesha Chaturthi request discussed and decided to obtain MPH booking format before approving the activity

·   MPH for Dance program, on 01/11/2015, by colony Kids approved

·   It is decided to obtain budget estimate proposal from respective conveners

·   It is cleared to make routine payments from association

·   It is decided to revive the library infrastructure

Urgent Meeting on 14/09/2015

·   An urgent meeting was convened on 14/09/2015 to discuss the MPH booking for Ganesha Chaturthi Festival.

·   The booking agreed subjected to obtain Undertaking from employee residents

Meeting No-03 (23/09/2015)

·   It is decided to conduct a meeting with security personnel

·   A sub committee for Security will be made. All the vehicles of the residents will be issued a new vehicle pass shortly

·   Budget Estimation, for the FY 2015-16, from conveners is in progress

·   The GBM will be conducted on 09/10/2015 (Friday) from 7 PM to 9 PM

Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration

The Ganesha Chaturthi festival has been celebrated at the colony from 17/09/2015 to 19/09/2015. 

Ganesha Chaturthi Celebrations

A team of residents has come with a proposal to celebrate Ganesha Chaturthi at the colony. It has been approved, to celebrate the festival at MPH.

However, the team shall abide to all the set of rules depicted in the bylaw (refer to Section VIII, JSERWA Bylaw) and arrange the celebrations accordingly. The statement of accounts shall be submitted within a stipulated time.

The MPH is booked from 16/09/2015; 1 pm to 19/09/2015: 6 pm. All the residents may note the same and co-operate.

New School Building

JSERWA EC wish inform the JSERWA members that Department has approved to build a separate building for JSERWA School. The new building is anticipated to be operational from the next academic year. 

General Body Meeting Postponed

Due to unavoidable reasons the general body meeting scheduled on 13/09/2015 at 1000 hrs at MPH has been postponed. New date will be announced shortly.

JSERWA EC 2nd meeting will be conducted on 10/09/2015 at JSERWA office from 1930 hrs onward.

Agenda of the meeting

1. To discuss on the action allotted to respective EC members
2. To prepare a budget estimate for the approval of GBM for FY 2015-16
3. To discuss on the request received for MPH booking on the occasion of Ganesha Chaturthi
4. To discuss on the request received for MPH booking on 1st Nov 2015 for stage performance by dance class students.
5. Working Team formation for welfare activities comprising of Home makers and dependent family members
6. Action on the abuse of premises such as Notice Boards and MPH without formal approvals.
7. Any other matter with the approval of Chairperson

A Property Show at the colony

M/s Bluejay Enterprises Pvt Ltd will be available at the colony premises to show case their project. Interested residents may obtain the necessary details from them. They will be available at the colony from 5 to 7 PM on 04/09/2015.
